We have invited the outstanding Professor Prof. Ching Chang Lee from National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan ;Prof. Hossam A. Gabbar from University of Ontario Institute of Technology (UOIT), Canada and Assoc. Prof. P. W. T. Pong from the University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong to join our conference and do keynote speech. 3.
