It is our great pleasure to welcome you to the 27th Optoelectronics and Communications Conference (OECC 2022) which will be held from July 3rd to 6th 2022 at Toyama International Conference Center, Toyama, Japan. OECC is one of the foremost international conferences held annually in the Asia-Pacific region for the researchers and engineers working in the fields of optoelectronics, optical fiber transmission, and photonic network systems. It has been providing the best international forum to present and discuss the progress in research and development of these areas. In addition, OECC 2022 is planning to be held jointly with Photonics in Switching and Computing (PSC) at Toyama, a city of a gateway to the Northern Japan Alps, facing Sea of Japan. It is a former castle town and is historically a center of medicine. We believe that this joint conference attracts a lot of related engineers and researchers for most of the opto-electronics and communication field.
