Publication: All submissions will be blind reviewed by the Program Committee on the basis of technical quality, relevance to conference topics of interest, originality, significance, and clarity. All registered papers for ICREC2019 will be published into the journal "IJSGCE", which could be indexed by SCOPUS, EI(INSPEC, IET).
