For papers submitted to ICIVP 2019, we offer the publications as following: 1. Publication in Conference Proceedings. Submissions will be peer reviewed by conference committees, and accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus, etc. 2. Publication in JOIG. Submissions will be reviewed by the conference committees and JOIG editorial board, and accepted papers will be published in Journal of Image and Graphics, which will be indexed by Ulrich's Periodicals Directory, Google Scholar, Crossref, etc. There are two methods for submitting your paper: 1.
