For papers submitted to ICCEI 2019, we offer the publications as following: 1. Publication in JAIT. Submissions will be reviewed by the conference committees and journal editorial board, and accepted papers will be published in the Journal of Advances in Information Technology (JAIT), which will be indexed by INSPEC; EBSCO; CrossRef; etc. 2. Publication in JCM. Submissions will be peer reviewed by conference committees and JCM editorial board, and accepted papers will be published in Journal of Communications, which will be indexed by SCOPUS; Google Scholar; INSPEC; etc. There are two methods for submitting your paper: 1.
