The World Quantum Festival 2026 will bring together researchers, industry leaders, innovators, and policymakers from around the globe to explore the latest advances in quantum science and technology. Set against the inspiring backdrop of Cannes, the festival will serve as a vibrant forum for exchanging ideas, presenting breakthroughs, and shaping the future of the quantum ecosystem. We invite submissions for keynote talks across the full spectrum of quantum technologies. Upon acceptance by the program committee, invitations will be issued in, but not limited to, the following areas: • Quantum computing hardware (trapped ions, superconducting circuits, neutral atoms, photonics, spin systems, and emerging platforms; scaling strategies; error mitigation and correction; device engineering) • Quantum computing software and algorithms (quantum programming frameworks, compilation and optimization, hybrid algorithms, benchmarking, resource estimation) • Quantum computing applications (chemistry, materials science, finance, optimization, machine learning, and domain-specific use cases) • Quantum communication, cryptography, and sensing (quantum networks, repeaters, QKD, post-quantum cryptography, precision metrology, and quantum- enhanced sensors) • Quantum instrumentation and enabling technologies (lasers and photonics, cryogenics, vacuum systems, control electronics, fabrication, packaging, and integration)
