*The 6th International Forum on Signal Processing*
(IFSP 2026)
Harbin, China | July 10-12, 2026
It is with great pleasure that we invite you to the 6th International Forum on Signal Processing (IFSP 2026) in Harbin, China during July 10-12, 2026. It is organized by Harbin Engineering University, China; hosted by College of Information and Communication Engineering, Harbin Engineering University, China; assisted by Chengdu University of Information Technology, China and Xi'an University of Posts & Telecommunications, China.
IFSP 2026 is dedicated to promoting research and development in all aspects of signal processing, and we welcome paper submissions from all branches of signal processing, as well as their applications or other related topic areas. Our areas of interest include, but are not limited to, image and video processing, speech and audio processing, signal processing for communication systems, signal processing for biomedical applications, machine learning for signal processing.

Submitted papers will be peer reviewed by conference committees, and accepted papers after proper registration and presentation will be published into IFSP 2026 conference proceedings.

♢ English is the official language. Paper should be prepared and presented in English.
♢ Full paper (6-8 Pages in single-column format) submission is required for Publication and Presentation. For presentation only, just send us the abstract.

★Conference Venue-Harbin Engineering University
Harbin Engineering University (HEU) dates back to the PLA Military Engineering Institute founded in 1953. In 1970, its name changed to Harbin Shipbuilding Engineering Institute and then in 1994 to Harbin Engineering University.
HEU consists of 20 colleges, 4 teaching departments (divisions and centers), more than 40 scientific research institutions and more than 150 scientific research and teaching laboratories. There are 6 national science innovative personnel bases, 1 national electrical and electronic teaching base, 7 national experimental teaching demonstration centers, and 1 national college students' cultural quality education base.
