*The 6th International Forum on Signal Processing* (IFSP 2026) Harbin, China | July 10-12, 2026 It is with great pleasure that we invite you to the 6th International Forum on Signal Processing (IFSP 2026) in Harbin, China during July 10-12, 2026. It is organized by Harbin Engineering University, China; hosted by College of Information and Communication Engineering, Harbin Engineering University, China; assisted by Chengdu University of Information Technology, China and Xi'an University of Posts & Telecommunications, China. IFSP 2026 is dedicated to promoting research and development in all aspects of signal processing, and we welcome paper submissions from all branches of signal processing, as well as their applications or other related topic areas.
