IECC will not only focus on breakthroughs and challenges in key areas such as communication architecture, signal processing, network optimization, and converged applications but also strive to provide a bridge for scholars from academia, industry, and research institutions worldwide—especially early-career researchers—to showcase achievements, inspire thinking, and foster collaboration, thereby jointly shaping the future of next-generation communication technologies. Researchers, practitioners, and students from around the world are warmly invited to submit their contributions.

Submitted papers will be strictly reviewed by the technical program committee. Accepted papers after successful registration and presentation will be included in Conference Proceedings, and submitted to be indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus. The authors of the papers will be invited to participate in IECC to display their research results.
