This conference will be held from December 16 to 18, 2026, in Xi'an, China, focusing on the latest research in the fields of "Intelligent Education and Smart Cities." The topics will cover AI-driven personalized learning and educational innovation, intelligent learning environments and multimodal human-computer interaction, urban informatics and smart public services, and smart perception and infrastructure for smart cities. The conference aims to provide a high-level platform for researchers and scholars to present and exchange research outcomes. Through keynote speeches, oral presentations, and poster sessions, the conference will showcase the latest technological advances and achievements, fostering technical exchange and the collision of ideas. We sincerely invite experts, scholars, and professionals from universities, research institutes, and enterprises, as well as other interested parties, to actively participate and engage in the discussions. All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process. Accepted papers will be published in a proceedings volume and submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus, and other databases for indexing. Outstanding papers will also be recommended for publication in SCI/EI-indexed international journals.

Each full paper submission will undergo a three-round technical review, including an initial screening, double-blind peer review (by at least three expert reviewers), and a final assessment. Submissions will be evaluated based on originality, technical and research content/depth, correctness, relevance to the conference, contribution, and readability. All accepted papers will ultimately be published by SPIE and submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus databases.

*【Submission Instructions】
(1) Papers must be original and previously unpublished, and their content should fall within the scope of the call for papers.
(2) The conference accepts only full English-language manuscripts. Papers should be written in fluent language with clear logical structure, concise expression, and include figures, charts, formulas, as well as derivations and proof processes. The paper length must be no less than 4 pages and should not exceed 10 pages.
(3) To download the conference paper template, please visit the conference website and refer to the "Download Paper Template" section under "Submissions."
(4) The similarity rate of submitted manuscripts should be kept below 20%. Authors are responsible for conducting similarity checks through CrossCheck, iThenticate, or other similar systems at their own expense; otherwise, authors shall bear the responsibility for rejection due to excessive similarity. Papers suspected of plagiarism will not be published, and a notice will be posted on the conference homepage.

Each accepted paper must be accompanied by at least one registration proof. Each registration can cover only one paper.
All submitted papers should represent original, previously unpublished research, including experimental or theoretical work. Papers submitted to the conference must meet these standards and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most important principle in any academic field. Therefore, any form of plagiarism is completely unacceptable academic misconduct and will not be tolerated.
