The 2026 12th International Conference on Education and Training Technologies (ICETT 2026) will be held in Seoul, South Korea during May 22-24, 2026. 
ICETT 2026 is supported by The Association of Convergence Studies of English Language and Literature, Hannam University, Busan University of Foreign Studies, and technically supported by Shanghai Open University and University of Malta. As a well-established annual event, the International Conference on Education and Training Technologies (ICETT) has maintained its legacy of fostering knowledge exchange and collaboration in the realm of education and training technologies. Commencing with its inaugural edition held in China in 2014, ICETT has successfully organised editions in diverse locations such as Singapore, Finland, Macau, and more.
The city of Seoul, renowned for its dynamic blend of tradition and modernity, provides a perfect setting for ICETT 2026. ICETT 2026 Proceedings 
The submitted papers will undergo peer review by the conference committees. Accepted papers, upon proper registration and presentation, will be published in the ICETT 2026 Conference Proceedings and will be indexed by Ei Compendex, Scopus, and other recognized indexing services.
For those who're NOT looking to publish their papers, it's acceptable to submit your abstracts to the conference, which will be sent to at least two technical committees for a brief review, and it will take about 7-10 working days.
Submission Guidelines
Full Paper (Publication & Presentation):
Full paper authors can publish their paper and give an oral or poster presentation at ICETT 2026. You must submit your complete manuscript for review by the submission deadline.

Full paper page limit: Each paper must be no less than 5 pages, up to 6 pages (including the abstract, figures, tables, and references, double column). Extra pages (begin at page 6) will be charged $70 (US dollars) per extra page.
Abstract (Oral Presentation only, without publication):
Authors interested in presenting at a conference may choose to submit only an abstract (200-400 words). The submitted abstract should contain a sufficient summary of the paper and outline of goals, results, and conclusion, including conveying sufficient understanding when reading in isolation from the paper.  You'll give an oral presentation at the conference if your abstract is accepted, but your paper will NOT be published.

Technical Committee members provide the vital link with the profession that makes the conference a success. The reviews help the Program Committee select which papers to accept and reject. Additionally, your reviews help the authors of papers make their papers and presentations stronger. Finally, your suggestions help the Program Chairs select the outstanding papers.
Criteria for Being a Reviewer:
Holding a doctorate in the relevant field.
Be an established expert in the field.
Having excellent publications track record in high impact, peer-reviewed journals.
Adequate general knowledge of the sub-fields.
Experience of reviewing abstracts/ full papers and being in editorial boards.
Fluency in language and grammar.
