(2) The conference accepts only full English-language manuscripts. Papers should be written in fluent language with clear logical structure, concise expression, and include figures, charts, formulas, as well as derivations and proof processes. The paper length must be no less than 4 pages and should not exceed 10 pages. (4) The similarity rate of submitted manuscripts should be kept below 20%. Authors are responsible for conducting similarity checks through CrossCheck, iThenticate, or other similar systems at their own expense; otherwise, authors shall bear the responsibility for rejection due to excessive similarity.
