DESCRIPTION
The 11th International Conference on Condition Monitoring and Diagnosis (CMD) 2026 is the eleventh biannual conference organized by the School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics, Institut Teknologi Bandung, Indonesia, as an international forum for the exchange of ideas, discussion, and dissemination of the research results and technologies in the field of electric power apparatus monitoring, fault diagnosis, and asset management. This conference is suitable to be attended by university professors and lecturers, post-graduate, graduate, and undergraduate students, power utility engineers, researchers from industries and research institutes, and professionals in the field of electrical power engineering, especially related to electric power apparatus monitoring, fault diagnosis, and asset management. Since its inception in Changwon, Korea (2006), CMD has been successfully held in Beijing (China, 2008), Tokyo (Japan, 2010), Bali (Indonesia, 2012), Jeju (Korea, 2014), Xi’an (China, 2016), Perth (Australia, 2018), Thailand (Hybrid, 2020), Kitakyushu (Japan, 2022), and Gangwon (Korea, 2024). After two hybrid editions during the pandemic, CMD returned onsite in 2024, and CMD 2026 will be held once again fully onsite in Bali, Indonesia. CMD 2026 will be held in person in Prama Sanur Beach Bali Hotel, Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia, on November 3 - 6, 2026. CMD 2026 is sponsored by the IEEE Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation Society (DEIS).
