Call for papers/Topics Full Articles/ Reviews/ Shorts Papers/ Abstracts are welcomed in the following research fields: Foundational & Independent Topics These areas focus on the internal mechanics, theories, and professional structures of government service. 1. Administrative Theory and Governance The study of how public organizations are structured, managed, and theorized. Classical Administrative Theory: Scientific management, bureaucratic theory (Weber), and administrative management principles. Modern Governance Models: New Public Management (NPM), New Public Service (NPS), and Collaborative Governance. Organizational Structure: Hierarchy, centralization versus decentralization, and departmentalization in the public sector. Administrative Ethics: Accountability, neutrality, integrity, and the conflict between individual conscience and institutional mandates. 2. Civil Service Systems and Personnel Management The study of the professional workforce that implements government policy.
